Facts

  • PROTECTION OF TOOTH ENAMEL:
Three natural ingredients are essential to ensure the protection of tooth enamel and prevent plaque and tooth decay.
    1. GREEN TEA / Camellia Sinensis - certified organic: Green tea is naturally high in fluoride. The green tea used by LEBON is certified organic to ensure that the fluoride comes from high quality soils. The amount of fluoride in the toothpastes is balanced and sufficiently dosed to neutralize the action of the two bacteria (Streptococcus Mutans and Lactobacillus Acidophillus) responsible for converting sugar into acid in the mouth. In this way, over-acidification of the oral environment is avoided and green tea becomes a natural fighter against the weakening of tooth enamel and the formation of plaque and caries.
    2. Hydroxyapatite: Natural mineral component of teeth made up of calcium and phosphate. This ingredient has a remineralizing effect and refills microcracks and pores in the tooth enamel. Through this regenerative effect, hydroxyapatite helps to reduce tooth sensitivity, protect the enamel and keep the teeth white.
    3. Xylitol / Birch Bark Extract (natural plant-based sweetener): Protects tooth enamel. While xylitol alone is not enough to neutralize the fermentation process, as a helper of green tea, it strongly inhibits acid formation to prevent the formation of plaque and tooth decay. Xylitol also plays a supporting role in tooth remineralization as it helps bind hydroxyapatite to tooth enamel.

  • PROTECTION OF THE GUMS:
To care for the gums, organic aloe vera is used in all LEBON recipes.
ALOE VERA / Aloe Barbadensis - certified organic: has numerous beneficial properties for the skin, mucous membranes and gums. It promotes the healing of ulcers and canker sores and is a natural ally in reducing inflammation and tenderness of the gums.

  • FOR A RADIANTLY BEAUTIFUL SMILE:
    1. PAPAYA / Carica Papaya - organic certified:
The natural extracts of papaya contain the enzyme papain. This naturally fights discoloration by reducing stains, tartar and plaque with continuous use.
    2. Hydroxyapatite: see above.
    3. Charcoal as in the case of the black Essentiels variant: is known for its whitening properties and is therefore powerful in preventing tartar and discoloration.
