Beauty: By that we don't mean perfection, nor are we talking about clichés. We believe that beauty can be found everywhere in life: in encounters, people, experiences, stories, in nature, in objects or products. Sometimes beauty doesn't reveal itself immediately, only at second or third glance, other times it shows itself suddenly and unadulterated. And anyway - isn't much in the eye of the beholder?
Beauty should be fun, not a compulsive effort. Beauty can also be a wow that inspires each person differently.
We believe that regular wows enrich our lives, make us want to see things and sharpen our perspective. Why not start now?
We look for beauty in both the small and the large. Nothing is part of the Now Wow range without a reason, everything has its story and wonderful people who stand behind it with their vision. Everything that Now Wow offers has been selected with love, discovered, tested, carefully questioned and checked and ultimately found to be good. In other words: our store is full of favorite products!
Orsolya and Imke are the founders of Now Wow. In addition to many other things in common, they share a love of beautiful things and a desire to make their lives as plastic-free and sustainable as possible. An initial idea developed into a concept and ultimately Now Wow.

We love beauty, clarity and natural ingredients. What we don't love is unnecessary plastic packaging and ingredients with microplastics, artificial additives and flavors, silicones and parabens of course, petroleum derivatives, PE, PP, PA PET, P-7, AC and ACS.
Plastic and chemical additives have become such a natural part of our lives that we rarely question them. But there are other ways and it doesn't even have to be particularly complicated. This is exactly where Now Wow comes in.
Now Wow wants to inspire us to reflect on the things that our skin comes into contact with every day, for example, and to show the many different ways in which we can deal responsibly with our health and the resources of our earth, while at the same time allowing for a pleasurable and aesthetic approach.
We follow the motto: “things have to be different if they are to be good” or in other words: “it matters that you try…”
The skin is our largest organ and by not paying close attention to what it comes into contact with, we are opening the door to things that are proven to be bad for our bodies. In short, what goes on our skin is just as important as what we eat.
Clean Beauty stands for transparent cosmetics that use safe and pure, usually plant-based ingredients that do not harm people, the environment or animals and that do not contain mineral oils, silicones, preservatives and similar pathogens.
Clean beauty has to be more than just a marketing slogan. Clean beauty is actually the order of the day, not because it is particularly trendy at the moment, but because it is a "must" for the future, based on scientific facts and born out of deep conviction.
We have teamed up with Cleanhub. Cleanhub ensures that problematic and difficult-to-recycle plastics are removed from the environment and employs workers, primarily in India and Sri Lanka, who are paid fairly to collect plastic waste.
Since a large proportion of these plastics can no longer be recycled, they are used in what is known as "co-processing" as substitute fuels to generate energy in industry. Cleanhub has developed an app that can be used on-site to track how much material has been collected and where it has been transported.
