How is shipping done?

We ship with GLS. The drop-off point is right around the corner from us, which is why we can be so quick.

How much are the shipping costs?

We strive to keep shipping costs low. However, we are a small company and have to manage our finances differently than our sometimes huge competitors. While it may not always be profitable for us, we still offer free shipping for orders over €60 within Austria and €90 within the EU. For orders below this value, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95 within Austria and €9.95 within the EU. If you are ordering from Switzerland or the UK, please send us an email, and we will calculate the shipping costs for you.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

We dispatch all orders within within two days, usually even the next day. GLS then ensures for prompt delivery. With GLS Live Tracking, you can track the status of your parcel - in real time!

Can I exchange?

You can return unused, unopened, and originally packaged and sealed products at your own expense. We cannot accept returns of opened products. The return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Of course, you can also buy gift tokens from us, which can be redeemed in the webshop and in the shop in Vienna. You can find them in the ‘Selected Goods’ section or right here. Unfortunately we can only offer fixed amounts of 10,-, 25,-, 50,- and 100,- Euro in the webshop. There are also vouchers worth 32,- and 62,- Euro that you can redeem for our make-up workshops. If you come to our shop, any amount is possible!

How do you select your product range?

At NOW WOW, everything is carefully considered, researched, and tested. We receive many inquiries, but only what we are completely convinced of finds its way into our range. We're not only looking for high-quality natural cosmetics and wonderful niche perfumes, but also for truly unique pieces that express what we love so much about our concept – the finest craftsmanship combined with the highest aesthetics: casual or elegant accessories such as jewelry, hair clips, small or large bags, scarves and shawls, or artistic objects.

Where can I find information on consumer safety?

At the end of 2024, the EU passed a law that stipulates that consumers are informed about where to turn in the event of product information or a defect within the EU. This is called the "General Product Safety Regulations," or GPSR for short. You can find the contact details for each individual manufacturer under "Brands."

Are all products regional?

No, they are not. We don't want to be limited by a purely regional selection. We find what we're looking for wherever there are special products and items, wherever small, charming manufacturers, producers, designers, researchers, entrepreneurs, and artisans have created brands that are unparalleled in their ecological approach, their know-how, their aesthetic appeal, and their sense of responsibility.

Are your products plastic-free?

Yes and no. The current immense consumption of plastic and the careful use of it are very important to us. We avoid it wherever possible. Both in terms of ingredients – mineral oil is also found in many common cosmetic products – and in terms of packaging. It's not always possible to completely avoid it with bottles and jars, because caps and pump dispensers often cannot be manufactured differently. However, when we do use plastic bottles, and if we do include them in our range, we take particular care to ensure that they are always recycled and that the products are also available in refillable containers. All outer packaging is plastic-free.

How long does natural cosmetics last?

Natural cosmetics have a different shelf life than conventional cosmetics and skin care products, which contain high levels of preservatives, parabens, synthetic additives, and the like. Nevertheless, you no longer have to compromise on natural cosmetics. These days, these products generally last 3 to 6 months, often even 12 months. The small jar icon on the packaging shows you how long a product will last after opening. You can often find more information about shelf life and application on the product's product details page.

Are all your products vegan?

No, they are not. Some products also contain beeswax. But it's very important to us to be transparent with our customers. That's why you'll always find a detailed description of whether a product is vegan or not on the respective product page.

Why aren't the Jacks Beauty Line products available for purchase in the webshop?

Jacks Beauty Line has decided to sell its products only through its own online shop or offline in select stores. This includes our brick-and-mortar store. However, it was important to us that you know which of the brand's products we carry. That's why you can also find them in our online shop, but unfortunately, you can't purchase them here. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email .

Where can I try the products?

You can find everything you see in our online shop in our Vienna store at Neubaugasse 65. We have testers of most products there and are happy to provide samples upon request. If you would like to try a specific product with your order, please let us know in advance by email , and we will endeavor to include a small sample of it with your order, if available.
