Shipping and delivery
We deliver to Austria and all EU countries. The United Kingdom, Switzerland, and worldwide shipping on request. Please send us an email.
Shipping
Austria
We charge a shipping fee of € 5.20 per shipment. For orders over €80.00 delivery is free of charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.
It is also possible to return the goods ordered and paid for via the website to us in Shop at Neubaugasse 65, 1070 Vienna In this case, please select “Pick up yourself” during the payment process. Shipping costs will of course not be charged.
Opening hours: Mon-Fri: 11am-7pm, Sat: 11am-5pm
Germany
We charge a flat shipping rate of €12.50 per shipment to Germany. Orders over €100.00 qualify for free shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipments.
Other EU countries
Important information about shipping within the EU
As of 12 August 2026, the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) comes into force. It introduces new and, in some cases, country-specific obligations for businesses shipping packaged goods within the EU.
We are currently reviewing the requirements for each individual country. Unfortunately, at this point, we are not yet able to provide a reliable timeframe for when we will be able to resume shipping to all EU countries.
We hope to offer our usual EU-wide shipping again as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding of this temporary restriction.
Delivery times
After receipt of confirmed payment, delivery normally takes place within 3-5 working days within Austria and within 4-8 working days within the EU. Delivery times to other countries must be determined individually and can be provided on request.
Packagings
We also looked for a sustainable solution for packaging. Where possible, we use old boxes and materials for shipping. The remaining packaging is made of environmentally friendly grass paper and is sourced from Biobiene.
Shipment
Shipping is done with GLS. Sustainable shipping thanks to the avoidance, reduction and compensation of CO2 emissions.
Products not in stock
If, in exceptional circumstances, an item is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will either be specifically indicated on the respective product page or we will contact you directly and discuss the next steps.
Returns
Returns of flawless goods are possible up to 2 weeks after ordering. The costs for return shipping cannot be covered.
Opened cosmetics, creams, soaps or similar and used items cannot be returned.
Please put the Return form with your delivery so that it is easier for us to identify the item and you can get your money back as quickly as possible.
Prices
The prices listed in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including VAT. Delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and will be shown separately during the ordering process if they are incurred. More information under "Shipping costs".
