Blade insert and change:
Open the blade holder by turning the screw anti-clockwise (don't worry, it won't fall out!). Insert the blades (bottom, middle and then top blade). Make sure the blades are flat and the notch on the side of the blade lines up with the notch on each blade level (this is important!). Insert all three blades to get the closest shave possible. If you have sensitive skin or sensitive areas, you can remove the bottom blade for a smoother shave. Tighten the blade holder with your fingers by turning the screw clockwise until it is secure.

Caring for your Leaf razor:

01 / Rinse thoroughly:
Open the razor and rinse it thoroughly inside and out after each use. Also rinse and dry the blades (or let them dry) before putting them back in. Store in a cool, dry place.

02 / Clean gently:
If your razor needs a more thorough cleaning (perhaps once a month), use dish soap and a soft brush (eg an old toothbrush) and scrub the more hard-to-reach parts.

03 / Thorough cleaning, if necessary:
For heavier buildup or water spots, soak the razor in a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water for up to 10 minutes, then scrub with a little dish soap and a soft brush and towel dry. Do not leave the razor soak for a long period of time.

Before using your Leaf razor, please read these instructions. Be careful when handling the blades and using the razor, as the blades are sharp. For this reason, please keep the razor and blades out of the reach of children!
02 / Preparing the skin:
Wash your skin and perhaps even gently exfoliate it to remove dirt and impurities that can cause irritation. Shaving works best when the hair is soft and the pores are open straight after a shower. Use a good shaving soap (we have some in our range) so that the hair is covered in a pleasant lather and the skin is well cared for after shaving and irritation is avoided.
03 / Enjoy the shave:
Don't apply extra pressure, let the weight of the razor do the work (don't press too hard!). If the razor feels too aggressive, remove the bottom blade to make the shave smoother. Rinse the razor frequently with warm water - the razor and skin should always be wet. You can feel around with your fingers to find any spots you may have missed, then go over them again. For even closer results, repeat the process, shaving against the natural direction of hair growth.
