Massage roller for face and neck

• Step 1: Take a few drops of your favorite oil or serum. Start at the neck and pull the massage roller upwards with gentle pressure.
• Step 2: Position the roller on your chin and pull it up to your lips.
• Step 3: Continue with the jawline, moving along the jawbone to define the contours of the jawline.
• Step 4: Follow the same principle with the cheekbones up to the hairline where the facial muscles begin.
• Step 5: Gently massage your eye area with light pressure.
• Step 6: Place the roller between the eyebrows and move it upwards. Massage the forehead towards the hairline slightly above the brow.
• Step 7: Finally, perform various undirected movements back and forth so that your skin care products can penetrate even deeper into the skin.
• Step 8: For the lymphatic drainage massage, roll the jawline and cheekbones up to the ear. Massage the neck down to the collarbone to allow the lymph fluid to drain into the lymph nodes.

The entire massage should last 3-8 minutes.
