Rose quartz can demonstrate its benefits not only in exfoliation, where the gently rounded particles remove dead skin cells and unclog pores, but also as a traditional harmonising healing stone, which is said to have a stimulating effect on the heart and blood and to have an anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving and even detoxifying effect.

• Apply the scrub onto your face, avoiding the eye area
• Choose your level of exfoliation. For a medium exfoliation add some
  water as you massage into skin, for a deeper exfoliation use more water.
• If you're looking for a gentle exfoliation, massage into the skin
  before adding water
• Rinse off using warm water, turning the scrub into a pink milk which easily washes away
