In addition, team spirit is at the heart of their company culture. Evolve employs over 30 people from 12 different nationalities. Most of the management positions are held by women, with women generally making up the majority of the team. Evolve is certified for living wages and living hours and does not use zero-hours contracts, which are often common in this industry.
