Polders Garden is the Köhlmeier family's aloe vera factory. The roots of Polders Garden go back generations. The name of the garden refers to Harald Köhlmeier's great-grandfather Leopold Schneider, who worked the fields here as a farmer. The Köhlmeiers feel committed to this tradition and grow organic vegetables, figs, walnuts and hemp with a lot of love and dedication. Each plant is nurtured and cared for until it is ripe. Especially at night and in the early morning, deer and foxes from the nearby forest venture into Polders Garden.
The concept of Polders Garten is based on the refinement of pure, natural foods. In this little paradise, the Lake Constance aloe is cultivated in protected cultivation and processed into high-quality cosmetic products. It is the first aloe vera in the German-speaking region to be organically cultivated and processed directly. The aloe vera plants can be harvested all year round from the age of four. In winter, the Köhlmeier family gives their aloes a break from growing so that the valuable active ingredients can fully develop again by summer.
