Apply a small amount to the eyelids using the applicator. Blend quickly with fingertips or a brush while the formula is still soft. A little goes a long way.

For a soft diffused finish gently blend across the lid. For a more intense luminous effect tap on with fingertips and blend minimally. Allow each layer to dry completely before adding more to build extra intensity.
