Austin Austin was founded by the father-daughter duo Bessie and Richard Austin. Richard has been working with organic products since the 1970s and is the founder of two other companies that promote sustainability: Rainbow Wholefoods and Kingfisher Natural Toothpaste. It was only natural that Bessie grew up with organic food and natural products. Before becoming part of Austin Austin, she worked in design and advertising.
As a family run business, Austin Austin strive to make their products as good as possible, with almost all development and processes carried out close to home in East Anglia. All Austin Austin products are certified organic by the Soil Association to COSMOS standards. Bottles are made from 100% recycled material and packaging is sourced from FSC certified, sustainably managed forests. All packaging used is recyclable. Austin Austin products are all vegan (except for the body cream which contains a small amount of beeswax) and contain no GMO ingredients, SLS, silicones, parabens, mineral oils, artificial colours or fragrances.
